To upload image you can choose Upload menu from drop down on the right top. Another way go to Media > Add New on left Sidebar

Click “Select Files” to choose your image you want to upload. Click “Selet Files” again if you want to upload another image. Maximum upload file size is 1GB

If you are using flash uploader which is use as default file upload by wordpress, you will see upload image proccess. After finish, wordpress will show you information about the file include with direct link.

You can use this direct link image on your blog, website, forum, etc.

Manage Image

To manage your images go to Media on left sidebar. If you have images then you will see all files that you’ve uploaded to wordpress.com
