How to Set Speed Dial on FirefoxSpeed Dial is unique feature that is offered by Opera. Opera will list your favorite website in one page then you just need to click the website thumbnail to visit the website. Usually speed dial will be shown when you click new tab or windows. Google Chrome and Safari 4 also use this feature to make user access their favorite website easily. Unfortunately this feature doesn’t already on Firefox.

But don’t worry you can use Speed Dial plugin to use speed dial on Firefox.

How to Set Speed Dial on Firefox

Start to put your favorite website by click Bookmarks menu > Set as Speed Dial > Define in which number you want to set the website in speed dial.

  • Change background image
  • Set size for thumbnail
  • Set time to refresh thumbnail
  • Export or import your speed dial configuration
  • Set as Home Page when open new tab or new windows (chrome://speeddial/content/speeddial.xul)
